The following are the requirements that the bitch must meet in order to be bred to the above mentioned stud dog.
The bitch must be in good health as evidenced by an updated veterinary examination, which must include the following items:
a) A current Brucellosis test
b) A current vaginal smear proving she is free of any and all infectious diseases.
c) Any medical information in case an emergency arises
The bitch owner must provide a copy of her pedigree, as well as a copy of her registration certificate (front and back)
The stud fee is __________________ and is due upon the picking up of bitch at the end of the week. If the bitch fails to conceive a
return service at no additional fee other than the amount above agreed upon. The stud fee is in no way refundable. If conception does
not take place the bitch maybe replaced by the bitch owner with another bitch that has been approved by the stud dog owner,
provided that we are notified of no puppies being produced within fourteen (14) days after the projected whelping date.
All transportation charges and the veterinary care of the bitch are the bitch owner’s responsibility, if applicable. There is no charge for
boarding the bitch for the first seven days; however, the bitch owner will provide enough food for the bitch to last the duration of the
boarding. We, the stud dog owner, will provide pedigrees, photographs, veterinary records and promotional materials for the afore
mentioned stud dog and will aide in the placement of puppies produced by the afore mentioned stud dog, if needed. The owner of
the bitch also agrees that NO puppies resulting from this breeding will be sold to pet stores, nor surrendered to any animal shelters,
humane societies, dog pounds, nor rescues, as this is a blemish on our reputations as well as yours.
The owner of the bitch warrants that this bitch has not been exposed to any stud dog prior to her arrival and assures that the stud dog
owner will protect her from any such exposure while in our custody. The bitch owner also warrants that after breeding she will not be
exposed to any other stud dog during the remainder of her season.

This is a contract between the seller and the buyer. There will be a $50.00 charge for any stop payment or
insufficient funds check or any closed account. Consider this your first notice that bogus checks will be turned over
to the District Attorney for collection. If the puppy is shipped, only cashiers check or postal money orders are
accepted.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of pick up or delivery. Replacement puppy will be made
available (with the next available litter). Same sex as listed above, however same color is not guaranteed and only
if all requirements are followed. Under no circumstances are refunds made. ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PAID IN
FULL BY 8 WEEKS OF AGE. ANY PUPPY THAT IS SHIPPING MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 6 WEEKS OF AGE
INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET OR THE CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID
1. The puppy must be taken to the vet within 7 days of purchase and the results of this check-up must be received
by the seller within 14 days or this contract is null and void.
2. If puppy is declared to be in life threatening condition by two practicing licensed Vet within 48 hours of purchase
date and a written report by the D.V.M. must be submitted to seller and the seller must be contacted within 48
hours. The puppy may be returned to the seller alive within 48 hours of purchase date at buyer's expense along
with papers. If the puppy dies you must have followed your Vet's advice and have a necropsy performed (at
buyer's expense) by your state lab and provide seller copy of report or the contract is null and void. If the following
are met a replacement puppy of the same sex and color (if available) will be given as follows, one from the current
litter (if available) or one from the next litter. If you choose you may upgrade to a litter of a higher price if available.
The purchase price will be credited and buyer will pay the difference between the two puppies, for example if a
black puppy is purchased and returned due to the above, for $500 and there is a blue puppy for $800, the buyer
would need to pay an additional $300.
3. Seller doesn't guarantee against hypoglycemia or any other common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool,
coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites, stress due to shipping or new home. Other minor problems are not
covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality or fertility. Many breeds will change color as they age and
color can't be guaranteed. Size, quality or fertility can not be guaranteed.
6. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due drafts, cold temperatures, and stress from
shipping, etc...They are vulnerable to viral infections including: Parvo and Corona Viruses ( and are not covered by
this contract). Any and all the above mentioned minor and major need to be checked by your
D.V.M. if they occur and D.V.M.'s advice for treatment should be followed.
7. Completing the puppy's infant vaccination series and annual boosters are advised.
8. Seller will not be responsible for accidents that can happen after puppy leaves seller, or during shipment by
plane.
9. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication/surgery are not covered by any guarantee.
10. If puppy is purchased on a spay/neuter contract ( limited registration) puppy must be sterilized at the
appropriate age, with a written report sent back to the seller. If no report is sent within 10 months of age the puppy
buyer will relinquish ownership back to seller at buyer's expense.
11. Seller is responsible for all congenital defects up to 1year old (hip dysphasia, deafness, demodectic mange,
patella luxation, heart murmer, etc.) if the buyer is told of any congenital defect after one year seller is not
responsible for that defect. Puppy must be returned with papers at buyer's expense to receive replacement
puppies. If buyer decides to keep the puppy, the buyer assumes all vet cost and no refund will be
given. Shipping if required of replacement puppy is at expense of the buyer.
PLEASE READ!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING.
The following must be followed and is binding and legal under the contract.
1. Complete all vaccinations (puppies should receive vaccinations 6,9,12, & 15 weeks and once every year from
15 weeks on).
2. Do not expose your puppy to other dogs until the last shot is received at 15 weeks. This includes trips to stores
like Petsmart and dog parks. It is also advisable to not expose them to anyone who has dogs that are not current
on vaccinations. Certain diseases like parvo can be carried on shoes.
3. Follow vets advice on feeding and nutritional advice.
4. Spay/neuter your dog by 6 months if you are not breeding.
5. Provide a safe and clean environment for your dogs.
6. Provide socialization with other dogs, cats, people (including small children) and any other stimuli your dog may
come in contact with.
7. No Pet is to be tied up on chain or ropes for any period of time. If Pet is tied for any period of time, breeder has
right to remove pet and take ownership.
8. Great Danes are to be an indoor/outdoor pet. No Great Danes to be left outside in weather that is too cold or too
hot in temperature. If you can not provide a comfortable living condition for a Great Dane, do not ask to own one of
our Danes.
There is no oral representation or warranties not contained herein. This contract of sale contains the entire
agreement between the parties. All implied guarantees are hereby excluded. This contract is legal and may be
enforced by legal means at the buyers expense and all disputes must be settled in the state of Mississippi. This
dog is sold to you as a pet only. Size, color, quality and fertility is not guaranteed. By signing below you agree to
abide by the entire contract. Everything listed and mentioned in this contract is legal and binding.
